Terms of Use for M7 Tactical

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using M7 Tactical (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

  2. Use of the Service
    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of, the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.
    You agree to grant the Service access to your device’s location data to enable features such as finding nearby stores and providing personalized recommendations. You are responsible for managing your device’s location permissions and ensuring that the Service has the necessary permissions to function as intended.

  3. Intellectual Property
    All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of M7 Tactical or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

  4. User Content
    If you submit any content to the Service, you grant M7 Tactical a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    M7 Tactical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.

  7. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

  8. Changes to Terms
    M7 Tactical reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. M7 Tactical will notify users of significant changes to these Terms through in-app notifications or email. It is your responsibility to review the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.

  9. Children’s Use
    The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete such information promptly.

  10. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
